At Gilgal Medical Supplies Inc, we are committed to your satisfaction and provide a 30-day return window for most unused, unopened medical equipment and supplies. Please ensure all original packaging and documentation are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our designated returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
